We are independent solid fuel appliance installers. We look after the stove, the flue and the fireplace around it, and fit, commission and sign off every installation.

Every job is different, but the stove is only part of it. This is what we take care of.
If an old open fire has to come out, we can remove it, rebuild the cavity, board, plaster and make good before the stove arrives.
A liner down the existing chimney, a twin wall flue, or a system chimney where there is none.
Slate or stone hearth, brick slips, an oak beam or a fire surround, finished to suit the room.
We are a HETAS registered business, so the installation is tested, commissioned and signed off.

Servicing and maintenance, and we liaise with the supplier and manufacturer if anything needs putting right.

had kevin and ben pay me a visit with regard to some work I have planned in one of the fireplaces in our house. not only were they both extremely helpful, offering fantastic advice with regard to some of the work I could undertake myself therefore reducing the cost, but also taking the time to further look at the stove in the other reception room. this i believe pre dates hetas regulations however they took the time to offer invaluable advice on this too and how to improve safety and efficiency. was blown by how friendly and helpful they were and couldn't recommend this company highly enough. exemplary service. hat doffed :)

Kevin and Matt recently installed a stove and flue for us. They removed an old open fire, rebuilt the cavity, boarded, plastered and made good a few weeks prior to the stove's arrival. On installation day everything went according to plan. The flue was fitted before I even realised they'd been on the roof! Overall the service was excellent. They were neat and tidy, professional and helpful throughout. Kevin has the patience of a saint when teaching you how to use the stove, patiently answering the same questions over and over. Their advice has proved invaluable. Our stove did develop a constant tapping and Kevin liaised with the supplier and manufacturer of the stove to get a resolution - even coming on his day off to install the fixes - which worked :) We couldn't be happier with the end result and their service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Just had an installation service provided by Kevin and Matt from Y Fenni Stoves. (6/8/22) We supplied the stove and Kevin supplied the flu and installation service. This job became protracted because of delays in delivery of our preferred stove and we decided to fit another one instead, but then changed our mind again and waited for the original order. Throughout this process Kevin was consistently professional and patient with us changing our plans and rearranged installation dates obligingly. They have done an absolutely excellent job installing our stove and we couldn’t be happier. They are very tidy workers and a pleasure to have in our home. Kevin is HETAS registered and tested, commissioned and signed off the stove. They can supply stoves as well if required and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
